These Terms & Conditions explain the use of partgin.com and the basis on which enquiries and orders are handled by Partgin.

We aim to keep product information accurate. Availability, specifications and prices may change.
Product photographs may be illustrative. Please confirm the quoted brand, part number, product type and relevant specifications before ordering.
If information affecting your proposed order is incorrect, we will explain the correction before asking you to proceed.
Compatibility
Vehicle compatibility can depend on model year, engine, chassis, production date and equipment.
Please provide accurate vehicle information and review the details in your quotation. We will assist with reasonable checks using the information available.
This does not remove Partgin’s responsibility for an incorrectly supplied or misdescribed product.
Prices and quotations
Website prices are indicative and should be confirmed with our team. Pricing may change due to supplier revisions, stock availability, sourcing costs and, for imported products, exchange rates, freight and applicable import charges.
Your final quotation will identify the products, quantities, applicable taxes, delivery charges and total payable amount. Any validity period or special conditions will be stated with it.
Once we accept your order at an agreed total price, we will not increase that price without your express agreement. If a pricing error or supply issue prevents fulfilment and you do not agree to an alternative, any payment for the unfulfilled order will be refunded.
Order confirmation and payment
A website enquiry does not by itself confirm an order.
Our team will explain the steps required to confirm your purchase, including payment arrangements and sourcing or delivery conditions.
If we cannot fulfil a confirmed order, we will inform you and arrange the appropriate resolution, including a refund where applicable. An alternative product will not be substituted without your agreement.
Delivery
Delivery availability, charges and estimates will be communicated for the relevant order.
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number. If a delivery issue occurs, contact our team for assistance.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
We do not offer change-of-mind returns for correctly supplied, non-defective products. Incorrectly supplied, damaged, defective, counterfeit or materially misdescribed items will be reviewed for an appropriate remedy.
Cancellations, returns and refunds are handled under our Delivery & Returns Help policy, conditions disclosed before purchase and applicable law. Please contact us before returning an item.
Warranty
Warranty availability and coverage depend on the supplied brand and product. Applicable terms will be communicated before purchase where a warranty is offered.
A manufacturer’s warranty is additional to any rights available under applicable law.
Installation and use
Automotive components should be assessed and installed by a suitably qualified professional.
Incorrect installation, modification or misuse may cause damage and may affect an applicable warranty. Any product concern should be reported with supporting details so it can be reviewed.
Brand references
Vehicle names, trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners and are used to identify relevant vehicles or products.
References to a vehicle brand do not imply that Partgin is an authorised dealer, distributor or affiliate unless expressly stated and supported.

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit fraudulent information or interfere with its operation.
Website content may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission from the relevant rights holder.

Please share only information relevant to your enquiry or order. Do not send passwords, payment PINs or one-time passwords.

We may update these terms for future transactions. Changes will not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing order.
